Oh, Sam and wife talked Dave's death, what he meant to them over years, numbers of dates he still keeps...his wife like most wives constantly correcting her husband...

IMUS has this memories which most day surprises his guess...recalls names and event of past.

He is now on Fox Financial news but just don't have musical guess like when he was on for years on MSNBC...but Jim, one thing about doing Celebrities Birthday, I dont want those who we have admired over years, to grow old...

Yesterday on IMUS, he played "Little Darlin", The Damond's; "The Book of Love" The Monotones and "Speedo" The Cadilacs...I dowsnloaded these songs to Clarance from Itunes.

Sam Cooke I mean is the same one Chris means and the one who sang:
You Send Me
I'll Keep Running Back
There, I've said it again
Cupid and some others I'd have to look up...

But I had losts of older cousins and they were always listening to Blues, Soul, R&B, and rock-a-billy.
So I grew up knowing these people...which is why I know what I know about music... Wink

Four of us here now sort of download songs from Itunes...they print their songs giving me paper to see if I want to download?

It is fun, keeps me alive but my thing songs of my youth, which I seek out...

On Basilone sleeping quarters each evening so many types of music was playing but for some reason, you still just fell asleep.

In Ship's Office BJ would would play his type of music. I would play country Jerry Jeff Walker just to p..s him off...it was fun...

IMUS has guess on his program each morning he is on air, asking them to submit their favorite five songs..he will play parts of them before his
guess either appear on set or by telephone...

That is how I am getting so many old tunes downloaded to my Nanno Clarance...

Good to see some Train fans in here. Pat Monahan is such a great guy. Love his Howard Stern show interviews.
